Managing a large estate of clients through the PSTN, 3G and 2G switch-off placed additional resource strain on Kings Secure Technologies (KST). Pre-ordering specific devices per site meant engineers had to be reactive to circumstances beyond their control - wrong device call-backs, complex inventory allocation across a dispersed field team, and installs stretching across hours were all costing time and money.

Significantly Faster Installs, Fewer Errors: Having just one device covering all plan types - SP2 through to DP4 - has enabled KST to carry van stock and deploy reactively, treating signalling like any other intrusion device. Wrong-device callbacks are gone. Backing magnets and a pre-configured wiring loom mean installs that once took hours now complete in around 10 minutes.
Easier Fleet Management: KST now have a level of visibility andcontrol across their estate they previously didn’t have because ofthe management portal Atlas. Signal strength, alarm signalling, and plan changes all managed from the office without rolling a van. Units are deployed, decommissioned, and recommission edentirely at the administrator’s discretion
